They're a week too late as I just switched out to US Mobile. Too bad cuz l was enjoying their service.

You need to select OK. You'll go to a checkout / confirmation page where you enter in the discount code before pressing submit. I was on the pro+ monthly plan with a discount and that's what I did.

Couldn't get it to work through Chrome or Windows Edge. When I logged in, went to my account, clicked on "Service and Plans" (the little '>' arrow above your monthly payment), clicked the Switch Plan button, and then selected the new annual plan (At $450 before coupon code), the window would flip to "Want to change your Visible Plan? Head over to your account." and then start the process over again, never going to the checkout page.

The solution was to use the Visible app on my cellphone, go through the same steps, then it finally took me to the checkout screen. Typed in the promo code, and voila.

I think that's what cause this. They were possibly losing customers and decided to honor for everybody.

Renewed for 12 months to last til next summer, upgraded and applied the code, and app says -$225. Hopefully its cash back on what I already paid.

It worked for me. I held off for a moment thinking "maybe" they would off the Pixel10 deal to existing customers. I'd hate to lose the 225 deal though.

eta. I just saw the Pixel 10 is OOS on their site so...

I currently have the plus plan. When I go to switch plans, its giving me the pro for $450. When I select it, its asking if im sure i want to switch but it doesn't give me an option to put in a coupon code

I discussed with the customer service who said they won't give any deal. Not even the $450 iPhone 14 deal as it needs porting new number into Visible. I had the iPhone 13 deal from last year. She simply mentioned that the plan would renew at $395 for another year and nothing can be done. Had to move to US mobile at $167/year. They probably realized it too late after too many customers started porting out.

Same. The popup says that I will lose my discount on the 20 dollar plan.
