Got this set earlier this year. Really like it. Only complaint is I wish the panel light had magnets at the bottom like similar lights from other brands.

Which brand with three LED panels has a magnet on the bottom?
With the battery, it's going to get heavy and the panels spreading in all directions, it's going take a very poweful battery which will make this thing too heavy to be practical.
Also the light can fall from a bump while working if the surface is not flat for the magnets which many people will try to do even if the surface is not adquate for a secure mount. You are asking for the light to drop and break.
They probably considered it during development. In my opinion, not a good idea.

Agree with others. Have all of these, find them useful often, and they are normally expensive.
Time to get them if something you need.

Milwaukee has one. I also own a non-first party dewalt with 3 panels and a magnet. So both higher and lower end than this have had no problems including a magnetic mount on a light like this.

I just purchased this for $100 a few days ago. Guess I need to see if they'll refund the difference. Otherwise, buy this and return the other. That said, I really do like all three of the lights!

It's not something I need but I'm probably getting it anyway. I have a problem.

I have the spotlight and it's awesome! I take it camping or when out late fishing and it shines pretty far. This combo is a excellent deal!

I just finished with my online chat and they sent the difference as a gift card to my e-mail. Their policy is 30 day price adjustment on prior purchases.

Edit: Well, that's what they said, and the e-mail that came through show it as a credit back to the original payment. Either way works for me. woot
