As a man, if you were to only have two pieces of exercise equipment. I would recommend them to be a bench and a roman chair.
If you are not joking, this is a ridiculous statement. A bench, sure, but this thing, no way. A cage, a rack, a pulldown machine, hex bar all come to mind as way more practical. There is nothing a roman chair can do you can't with other equipment that have way more use cases.

No one needs a rack, even body weight squats are a tremendous exercise. Conversely you cannot bench press on a floor. A pull-down machine is pretty limited; a pull-up bar and assistance bands would likely be far more useful at home. Hex bar can stand up in the corner or be under your bed when not in use so easy to have if you want one. The exercises you can perform on the roman chair whether weighted or body weight are very hard to replicate other than having a big gym full of machines for all of them.

I didn't say anyone needs a rack. I said if your picking two pieces a bench would be one, this thing would be # 47. A cable machine is limited??? 🤯All you need is air squats for legs, but your gonna bench press? 🤔A bench with a rack or cage is pullups AND a HUNDRED other exercises - full body. My hex bar stands up and if you are looking at space, this is just plain sill. There is no muscle this thing trains that you can't as effectively in other ways. This is a big, overpriced, cheap POS.
