The press release said the acquisition isn't expected to be completed until Q3 of 2026 so likely not.

I am concerned that Apple will eventually crackdown on this and block intl users from accessing their purchased video in the US

I def remember reading about one guy that moved from one country to another, and all his iTunes music got banned in the new country. I think one of the countries was Argentina.
