Yes, if your mileage per week is on the low side (like 10 miles per week). If you do higher mileage (30+), you would probably want a Nike Vomero for your easy days and something more focused for your fast days. From reviews I've seen, it seems this shoe is a decent daily shoe, but on the faster side without a big foam stack.

Yes, they're fine. You probably don't want to go beyond 6-8 miles every day with them but otherwise they're great shoe at this price.

Mileage doesn't matter that much, especially between Vomero and Pegasus. 30 isn't even a lot. It's more about your weight, running gate, and what feels great on your foot (disappears).
