I did just check your link, and product is sold out, but I looked at what the seller wrote, and I didn't find anywhere where the product was unlocked, maybe I missed it, can you check to see if it was unlocked. Looks like the same discription as the one in this thread.

Not sure about this locked/unlocked, but the seller VIPOutlet is reputable seller. they also have their own website and sells many products. they are genuine. i bought few different items (like lenovo docks, keyboards etc.. ) sometime back.

I remember when Walmart and Straight Talk had these on sale brand new around BF 2 years ago and they would unlock after 2 months. I flipped around 3 or 4 of them. Man, those were good times.

For those that are looking for a kid friendly "camera" or even video camera, this is a great option. I recently upgraded from this phone, and i gave to my son to use for his stop motion studio app. He has thoroughly enjoyed it. We use as WiFi only so wireless network doesn't matter.

Worst case scenario is you will have to use this on a Verizon network for 60 days continuous. Since it is not specified, I would assume these are customer returns marked as open box.
