I just got the ASUS delivered and can confirm it does have a 1TB SSD, so the specs on the Walmart site are not accurate. In the box, it is significantly heavier than the Legion 5. 🙄

Are you suggesting that the Lenovo 5 Legion OLED is more durable than this laptop?
Yes they are and I wish I spent the extra money and got one, it cost me $150 for the parts to fix it, lucky for me I know how to but I should have put the money into the Lenovo from the start

I owned one of these and one of my hinges also broke pretty soon after getting it. very flimsy construction. Ran well though.

This are not true mil-spec, my LCD cover that holds the screen to the hinges broke, the hinges are too small and all held together with plastic brackets. You can search and see tons of reports of this issue, eBay is flooded with parts because of this. The laptop sits on a desk and I just opened an closed it. TUF laptop as just as good as all the other cheap gaming laptops like HP Vitus, and Acer Nitro, which I think is better.
I have a 100% failure rate on Acer Nitro laptops. I've bought 3 for my daughters in the past 3 years. The only reason I stayed with them was because the warranty we purchased at BJ's replaced and, eventually, refunded us the purchase price. Money well spent.

Other than that, Acer laptops are pretty much garbage IMHO. MSI is not much better (apropos of nothing). Only reason I'm looking at (and ordered) one of these is that I'm ready to give Asus a go. I've had good luck with their Mobo's and GPU's in the past. Doesn't mean their laptops are going to be great, though.

I just picked up the Gigabyte Aero x16 for around this price, came with 32GB and I am super thrilled with it. It has a weaker 5070 though. But it also weighs significantly less than this.
Another option around this price is the Legion 5, currently $800 at Microcenter. But the speakers are absolute trash.
