Torn on these vs the Members Mark ones at Sam's. You get 100 of those, but High Fructose Corn Syrup is the first ingredient whereas it's the second in these. Slightly less sugar in these as well. But who are we kidding, if you're eating these thinking they're healthy I guess you're off your rocker in the first place.

Welch's does something different with their heat-sealing and it makes their fruit snacks difficult to open. My wife has no issues opening them, but I have trouble getting them open unless the ridged-edge just tears open, it doesn't typically pull-apart open. I also prefer waxier fruit snacks, like the fruit smiles from Walmart.

Besides the things you mentioned, Welch's has a better overall chewy texture (IMO) than Member's Mark or Mott's.

be sure to check the ridging, these particular pouches *normally* (they miss sometimes) have a small slit 1/8" from the edge. you are absolutely right they are hard to pull apart.
