I really like these as well. I've started to put my spices and homemade blends that we regularly use in these. They stack well, look nice, and make things really easy.

I have found the wide mouth mason jars that these are made for have been increasingly useful in my house.

Note these look great, has a silicon food-facing surface. But I've found they don't seal supper well, and are easy to remove. As in if you need to keep something tightly sealed in the fridge, or shake something up liquid inside, they may not be the best choice. Dry goods, and things that don't splash? Perfect use. Otherwise, I'd recommend getting screw-on caps (get both!)

I keep my homegrown cannabis in Ball jars. This will make burping during curing a tad easier, and add a nice touch. In for a set

They've been this price with a brief interruption or two for months now. I've purchased at least 4 packs of them over that time all at $5-6.

The key to a good seal is to make sure the inside of the jar (at the top edge) and the edge/lip of the silicone liner are completely clean. In the wide mouth version, I keep coffee in a dark amber 32oz Ball jar. As long as I keep the edge clean by wiping it off every now and then, I get enough of a seal that I can pick the loaded jar up by the cap and not worry. Of course coffee gets on both sealing surfaces so I have to clean it periodically, but they're fantastic over all and I'm going to give some as little stocking stuffer gifts....

I also use them with regular mouth jars, but if you want the Ball branded ones, they're about $30 last time I checked which is kind of crazy in my book, but.....

Just double checking before I do something dumb... Your last sentence - do you mean you can use them with regular (not wide) mouth mason jars, or did you drop a word and meant unbranded wide-mouth mason jars? Thanks!

A decent deal for the wooden lids and cheaper than I paid a couple years ago. For plastic or stainless lids I'd always go to target or Walmart because for some reason Amazon is weirdly expensive when it comes to Ball-brand plastic mason jar lids in particular.

These are great. I keep about 8-10 cigars in one of the big jars on my desk as a humidor and these lids keep the humidity perfect. The hygrometer literally never changes until i open it up.

My friend grows a mean homemade blend.

Sorry, just rushing and poorly worded. To clarify, you need the regular size lids for regular jars, and they're way out of line price wise... IMO.
