I think it's actually 12" x 12" - The listing is very confusing and I wouldn't trust this seller no matter what. Actually shows 12x48 twice and 12x12 twice in the description. Who knows what you're getting. Horribly deceptive title too. They 100% knew what they were doing with this listing.
