I have GrubHub and Instacart and have my Costco membership linked...I see the coupon for $22 off but no way to "double dip" as you say. Total even with lowest tip and $2 additional off for choosing a later delivery time, total is just under $49. Please enlighten....

Try through the Grubhub app. Total need to be over 75$.
