It does not have touch screen so it is not for younger people I guess. Personally it does not matter to me.
It does have an ethernet port which is very rare for a Chromebook.

Perfect for my kids due to family link being easy to implement.
And also gor for my mom and older neighbor because chrome OS don't have to worry about virus or malware and includes security updates until 2030+ I believe.
