These are made with refined palm oil as the primarily ingredient, which has high saturated fat content (50%), raises LDL cholesterol, and depending on how it's refined, could be classified as possible carcinogens by IARC. Keep that in mind if you plan on ordering these because they're a "healthier" choice!

The fact that they were able to NOT have any protein in a 120 calorie cookie, is impressive!

Also sweetened with stevia, which isn't sugar but has its own drawbacks.

Like most things in a keto diet, these really are only "healthy" if you are all-in on the diet, not as a healthy replacement for another snack.
