Leave the honey bottle in bowl of water at 80 F to 100 F for a few minutes and it will return to liquid.
Supposedly it is better to use lower temperature to preserve enzymes and heat sensitive nutrients of honey.
Quick solution: pour some crystalized honey in to a microwave safe container and microwave it for 5 to 10 seconds.
Works really fast, but donno about the nutrients part.
Doesn't affect taste much unless the honey boils.
You rarely see honey discounted this much, and Nate's is good stuff.

Always someone comes in and plays high and mighty on any honey or olive oil deal, lol.

Maybe I'm just low class because I like Nate's honey, I don't pay my bills on home computer, and I buy my coffee beans already ground.

I'm in for 3. Even if Nate's isn't the highest quality honey out there I'm sure it's more than fine for day-to-day use and 15.1 cents/oz is a great deal.
