Does this handle 4K60 without random dropouts? Some of the cheap adapters I have tried flickered like crazy.

I had a mini hdmi port break on a portable monitor. I'm pretty sure the second usb c accepts video feed, would this work both ways? I know some don't

I don't think that would work because these adapters aren't purely passive. But most portable monitors also accept video via USB type C directly, then you would just need a data cable that supports it.

remember if your device doesn't have hdmi output over usb-C then this does nothing

sometimes people think it will magically add hdmi
