Amex $25 off $250 might make this sweeter if you have it.

Per rtings:

The Sonos Ace represents their first foray into the headphones world. With a premium price tag and Sonos-centric features like TV Swap, they've taken aim at industry titans like the Apple AirPods Max Wireless and Sony WH-1000XM5 Wireless. They stack up well when it comes to a sleek and durable design that's comfortable as well as good looking. Even their noise cancelling is up to par with some of the best to date. However, they falter when it comes to sound. They aren't quite as flat-sounding as the Apple, nor do they have the customizability of the Sony. While using them with your soundbar is a great addition if you're already in the Sonos ecosystem, these cans fall short of their competitors

It didn't last long, 8 minutes after it was posted people were getting their orders cancelled.

I bought a pair for $150 during a pricing mistake, and they're okay if you can get them for that price, but I wouldn't pay more than $200 for them. I think the QC45 I have are significantly more comfortable, and my partner's AirPods Max have noticeably better sound.

For myself, these were the most comfortable headphones I tried. They are heavier than many others, but unlike many I can wear for many hours and not notice them much. As far as comfort the only others that compared are the Bose Quietcomfort Ultra which might have had slightly better sound (though some firmware updates have seemed to up the Sonos sound). The ANC and Transparency modes (especially transparency) is up there with Bose and Apple, with the software updates after launch assisting there too (some reviewers state that it now surpasses Bose and Sony). And they look and feel more sleek/premium than any other set I've tried besides the airpods max. Overall, I've ended up sticking with them because I got them for $200 open box at Best Buy about a year ago and for that price I don't think they can be beat. However, every now and then the Bose Quietcomfort Ultra Gen 1 are going for $158 open box at Best Buy and I would say that is a pretty screaming deal.
I also tried the Bose Quietcomfort 45 (even though they are super light, I still had pressure on the headband on top of my head), Senheiser Momentum 4 (great sound, not comfortable top of head and ears, and wonky touch controls), Airpods Max (nice sound but heavy and you feel it on top of your head), Sony WH 1000xm5 (Muddy sound no matter what EQ I try, hurts on headband), Sony Ult Wear, Sennheiser Accentum, Bang and Olufsen Beoplay Portal (pretty comfortable, nice sound, maybe less full than others though), Skullcandy Crusher ANC2 (really cool to feel the bass on your head, but in order to get the Crusher motors really going you have to drown out everything else with Bass). I'm not an audiophile but I went on a long quest to find the perfect headphones for me. Still not there but I know a lot more now. Everyone is different and this is just my experience.

This thing is kinda awesome if you have Sonos arc. Like I can push a button on the headphone and it will connect to my Apple TV. It's nice if I don't want to distract. I don't know any other headphone that can do that.
