One of my favorite scents and a good price, but I will never trust Amazon with fragrances because they mix inventory of different vendors so you risk getting a counterfeit.

I just did some more research into it, and from what I see, they have taken many measures to reduce the number of counterfeits being received and sold, but they havent fully fixed the issue quite yet. It sounds like it has gotten to the point that you mostly don't need to worry about counterfeits, so I retract my previous statement.

I believe the issue of counterfeit products has largely been resolved. Any remaining concerns regarding a fragrance likely stem from a third-party seller rather than Amazon directly.

I've got 2 fragrances so far from Amazon the last 6months and so far they are all very legit. I think Amazon took stronger measures to fight against counterfeiters colognes.

Amazon does not mix inventory for health & beauty items.

If you're buying from a seller, you're getting items from that seller.

Pay attention to where/who the item is "shipped from/sold by." Multiple sellers can sell on the same listing. Some sellers might still sell counterfeit. But it's not being mixed together. Just make sure you're reading feedback and buying from a good seller or from Amazon itself.
