It also works with a bunch of other brand attachments. I use a poulan pole saw on mine and if you search a little there are a bunch more.
I think the HART attachments from Walmart work also.
I assume all these are made by the same company. It really is an awesome design.
Glad that I got the gas trimmer 20 years ago with the EXPAND-IT setup.
The 40v system is super powerful. I had the 18v trimmer, and I was blown away when I got the 40v (initially to use with my edger as I could not get the gas head to start and got tired of yanking that cord). The versatility is great also. I have the 40v LED light, fan, 600psi power cleaner, and inverter, but the real stars are the trimmer and edger as I use them multiple times a week in the summer. 40v LED topper light comes a close third in terms of use.
