I've purchased a ton of stuff from them over the years including WH 1000XM3s I bought in '19 that still work great. Everything I've purchased from them has looked new with the exception of a Bluetooth speaker I bought which had a minor cosmetic flaw. That also still works great. I never hesitate to buy refurbs from Secondipity to the point that I basically don't buy new Sony products anymore.
