Unless you really only need one, this is not a good price per unit. An example of an ok price that's pretty stable is https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09Z26B83L/ (18.99 for 12, I've bought a few packs at that price over the last year) heck, even the 8.99 for 5 is a better price than this deal but really buy a bunch and put them somewhere you won't lose them as they are really handy with the repeated deals we have on taps. If you want shorter for whatever reason https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0FFYKNDKX/ is $16.99 for 10 8" ones.

Those products dont appear to have any safety listing like UL. If there is no listing how can one trust the quality of the cable.

It's a 1ft cable (or 8 inches) that is rated for 13 amps you really, REALLY have to be overly cautious to worry about that (mostly these are designed so you can use bricks on power taps or wall outlets without blocking the other plugs so the actual wattage they see is considerably lower.) But also if you actually read the listing, or even the label on the top of the listing, you'll see both of the links ARE listed ("ETL Listed").
To crib from ai summations: "ETL Listed" means a product has been tested by Intertek (Electrical Testing Laboratories) and found to meet relevant safety standards for North America, similar to UL, indicating compliance with codes, acceptance by inspectors, and suitability for sale at major retailers like Home Depot and Walmart. It signifies safety, quality, and reliability for electrical/gas/oil products, ensuring it's safe for consumers and voids warranties on unlisted items.
