The Chase quarterly categories are and have always been on Freedom cards only.

You won't automatically receive the 5% if you settle your remaining bill at the end of your cruise on the cruise ship; if you do that, the charge is to the cruiseship which is technically not to NCL (as stated in the included bonus categories). With that said, you might be able to complain and submit paperwork in order to receive a "courtesy adjustment" from Chase, but YMMV with this route. So save yourself the headache and PREPAY on NCL.com.
