Cuktech is more of a geek-ish brand that also produce some budget products; where as Ugreen and Baseus are budget brands that can barely make a premium/high-performance power banks.
I'd say Cuctech is closer to Anker than to Ugreen/Baseus.
Their Chinese name pronounces like "cool-tigh-ech"
I'm guessing whoever picked their English name had only learned the language via school, books and non-R rated TV/movies, such that they had no idea about English slangs, and was trying to come up something pronounces similar to their Chinese name.
