Edit: Made my account 4 hours ago and the perk is still not active yet on my account
Support said if the account was made today then you wont have the perk, but they gave me a BOGO good for 3 months when I reached out.

Won't ever do this again, at least not at the location by me. Took 2 hours to get my sub they were that backed up.

They even have ads within the app for the BOGO, but the perk will not appear at checkout no matter what I try. Yikes.

I tried this a few years back and the store canceled the order, saying I had to use the offer for an order on the day of. But YMMV, maybe your store might let it go through.
