Just because it says Hoka on it, doesn't mean they're good. Plenty of Hoka models are actually good and these are budget models that hovers around 80, went down to 60s at times.

You want Bondi / Clifton / Skyflow / Mach / etc.

Do Rincons have a bad reputation? I'm not an avid runner but I have both Rincon 3 and Clifton 9. I find Rincon easier to run with, probably due to the weight.

I made the mistake of buying 3 pairs of Hoka running shoes in the past. I heard good things about them, I said why not. the inside of the shoe on all three of them broke down, especially the achilles heel part. Would not buy again. yes they were comfortable, but quality is a no no.
