I hope you have a vacuum sealer to store. Otherwise, depending on humidity. will last maybe 2 yrs after opening. Also somewhere between 850 to 1000 Tsp of salt in it. Which is about 19 to 20 cups of salt.

I think your math is off a bit.


I see 610 mg of sodium per serving X 1200 servings = 732 grams of sodium.

732 grams of table salt is equal to 2.5 cups, give or take.
