This is actually mislabeled by Amazon..

These are NOT 11G protein cookies.. They're 5g. Barely enough to be called a "protein" snack.

22% of the calories are from protein (5 g of protein per 90 cals). That would be unimpressive for a good protein bar (>33%) and very impressive for a cookie/cake (<9%).

These are marketed as a cookie but they are closer to a vending machine cake - like a little debbie snack.
Compare to a Little Debbie Chocolate Christmas Tree Cakes: 4% protein (2 protein grams per 220 calories). The little debbie probably tastes 35% better, but the quest cookie has 350% more protein per cal.
