The Dexter-Russell one is better--the grip is more aggressive with these embossed ridges on the edges, especially good for when wearing disposable plastic gloves for food prep. This Winco one gets a bit slippery if you accidentally get mayo or salad oil on the grip.
That said, I am very pleased with my other Winco kitchen products. Low cost but very good value for the price in every case. My main cook's knife is now a $10 Winco (Sof-Tek) santoku and my expensive Japanese knives remain in the carry case.
