Actually good for winter. We make home made pizza at least once a week when the weather is nice. Hardly ever make it in the winter, its just too cold outside. Gonna give this a shot.

With the air fryer and up to 800F capability, seems at half the price that was a real steal!

Tempting, but I don't make enough pizzas to justify the space this takes up.

Anyone able to compare the Gourmia for $120 to the Cuisinart at $100? The Gourmia seems to get hotter and has the air fryer.

Great question. I'd think the cleanup would be rough though on a fattier cut like ribeye.

Clean up on any of these is a pain. If you are not perfect on the pizza launch and a spoon size drop of sauce hits the bottom, smoke detector goes off.

I've used this thing way more than my Bertello propane pizza oven. This cuisinart does take 30 mins to heat up to 750 degrees, but once you get there, Napolitana Pizzas come out every 2 minutes. It's a treat at my house once a month. For my wife and I, a lil more refined pizzas come out with fabulous flavors like burrata, balsamic and prosciutto. For the lil ones, the standard pepperoni but Napolitana style. Delicioso!🤤
I bought it over a year ago when posted on SD for $120. $100 is a great deal! It's just the size of a standard 32inch TV from the 90s. But if you have the dough (ha!) and the space, you'll enjoy sit- down-restaurant quality pizzas more frequently than you do now without it.

Do you make your own dough?
