I just got mine a week ago. Looks very nice, thick bottom, and cooked my rice crunchy without burning.

Have this from a prior sale. It seems to be extremely conductive of heat. Had it on the lowest flame and it immediately burned butter. I now take it off the flame or at least turn off the burner before trying to brown butter.

I have this pot. Bought it I dunno like 15 years ago... On mine the rivets aren't stainless steel, so they pitted but otherwise it's been great.

Looks good. My 25 y.o. Kirkland, Italian, All-Clad 2 qt clone is just starting to get a bit loose at the rivets.

Made in USA

I did see amazon's page for this item says made in USA.

I have the item in hands and it does 'feel' like a hefty american made item... nicely machined.

unfortunately nowhere on the boxing material or on the pot itself does it proudly say made in usa...

i ran a google query subsequently for this model and you'll find info citing it's made not in USA.

Just want to set the facts more straight..

just like suspect plumbing fixtures, this item presently is NOT made in USA...
