Waiting for the usually uninformed thread crappers (pun intended) to post and tell us this is the worst tissue in the world and they wouldn't use it, if it was free.

I believe the S&S 10%/20% is for 1st/2nd delivery. The 25% only applies to the first. But good deal--I just ordered yesterday at a higher price and it shipped already. The ups and downs of SD.
