TIL non-members can make purchases from Sams Club. Though also worth mentioning, a membership is on sale for $20. So for $8 more than the fee plus shipping, you can get free shipping and access to club pricing for the next year.

Yes, it is always worth checking! Some items/pricing are member only and you won't get them. Some of the fees are egregious for non-members.

The intro pricing for membership is a good deal, too. Note that if you have a free "non-member" account you cannot upgrade it to a membership with one of those promotions (which is complete illogical to me).
