I would avoid the built in cable. I have one and it failed within a couple of weeks. Bought from a post on here as well.

I have this one and it works great - I am considering another. The cable is not permanently connected to the battery - it snaps in on both ends. So can use an alternate cable or replace the cable if it goes bad.

This is correct. The one with the detachable lanyard cable is the P41. The one with the built-in cable is the P41L. The cable is the only difference between the two.
I bought the P41 (the lanyard version) a day before seeing the sale on this one.

I used the one with the detachable cable on a recent trip. I have an old iPhone 14 and the battery does not last a whole day. This power bank saved me multiple times.

I got Amazon notice on recall of older model. However the company nor amazon will take them back even though the model no and serial no. is the one being recalled. As I bought in 2023 and 2024 and they are only taking back the ones bought before that. I dont understand how it makes a difference when I bought them. Have stopped using both now and will not buy it again.
