Thanks for the reply. I haven't seen them yet in Florida, but I do see they have them online at $29.99 for the 18-pack.

I'm just about out of these Energizer Lithium AA cells after stocking up about 5 years ago, when they were on clearance at Costco:

Used to be for black friday you could find energizer lithiums under $1 each at places like battery junction, but those days are gone the last few years. That said these days all we use are eneloops and lithiums. It doesn't matter what brand alkaline you buy today, they ALL leak sooner or later. I used to buy rayovac on black friday at home depot years ago and had them leak still new in the package. Switched to energizer or duracell alkaline and they also leaked in storage, not even in a device. Duracell, Kirkland, Energizer, Rayovac etc. don't know what happened, cheaper construction I suppose but in the last 5 years I've had them all leak, I won't buy them anymore. AA's seem worse than AAA's. However I've never ever had a eneloop or energizer lithium leak and I've been using them for 15+ years.
I have some eneloops I still use that are 10 years old, we use them in everything around the house for daily use, anything that's critical, cold weather use, or in long term storage gets lithiums. We use so few batteries these days now that everything is rechargeable the cost is negligible.
