I don't see Target circle offer for this item. Most of my Target circle offers expired yesterday on Dec 23. Maybe it expired yesterday as well.

I have a couple non-smart Energizer chargers like this one. I use rechargeable batteries enough that it was worth getting a real smart charger on Amazon so that I could charge single batteries and so that my batteries would last longer. I would recommend going straight to a good quality smart charger like a Panasonic or a Miboxer.
