Agree with your point regarding managing storage space and playing the game even when not connected to internet. When I go ahead pay to Nintendo for this game key card, I am basically paying for their server services. I want to own the game completely l, not hog my internal space and instant load. That is why I went for PS5 on this one, and not falling prey to Nintendo corporate BS for key cards.

Except the PS5 has 4x the storage of the Switch 2 and doesn't have ridiculously overpriced storage format for expansion (historically).

I don't get how so many people are uneducated on this. A vast majority of PS5 games are still on the disc. You're conflating installing (which is literally scanning from the disc to the SSD) with downloading (which requires the internet). The ones that need to be downloaded are Xbox Game Studios published titles and games that are larger than 100GB (max capacity of a Blu-Ray).
