Pros: Much better timings than the Corsair Vengeance CL36 ram that's also being bundled. It's also tailored for AMD CPUs unlike the Corsair combos which are Intel/XMP. You can also order two on a single account, so if you want 64GB you don't have to split purchases across accounts and hope Newegg doesn't catch you.

Cons: Motherboard is a lot cheaper than the other combos they were selling. One Corsair combo was bundling 32GB ram and a $500 motherboard for $528. Another was selling 32GB ram and a $329 motherboard for $485, and that's not including the $90 free liquid coolers that came with each. Best case scenario if you sell this motherboard for the MSRP of $209 and the fan for $40 you're still paying $141 for 32GB of Ram, when it should be $110 at most. And that motherboard has reviews saying it has killed their AMD 3D CPUs.

But I still think I'll go for it for a personal build. I bought a couple of the CORSAIR combos but this seems to be much higher quality with it being CL30 and the OLED screens (lol.) Plus I want a PC with a AMD Processor, and I'd rather not be bothered with having to deal with XMP ram in a AMD Motherboard.

Wouldn't recommend Asrock if planning on getting a X3D processor

Friendly reminder or notification that ASRock boards are STILL frying 9000 series CPUs.
