The days when games came in a reinforced box with multi CDs and a manual. I remember playing red alert for hours in a local lan and hearing my homies yelling from across the house when they get nuked lol, damn, those were some fun times. Great soundtrack too.

They still sell games. Nothing good mind you. It's like puzzle or hidden object games.

One time I came home from work and sat down to play Fallout 3 for a bit before I made dinner. Then I looked up and realized the apartment was dark, I was getting cold and I was hungry. I'd been playing 2-3 hours, the sun went down and I hadn't turned up the heat. Yeesh.

Only other time was when I felt like I was getting close to the end of Mass Effect 3. My friend had buzzed through it when it came out in a few days, but it took me 19 days to complete and I'd been dodging spoilers, but heard people were POed about the ending. So I just kept going and put in like 8-10 hours, finishing at 4 am on a Sunday morning. Oooof.
