Wow, thanks. I passed up another deal because i couldn't reset my shop runner password (always claimed it was the wrong code. I haven't used it in forever, so didn't know it). I now see that it does say standard -free even if i choose the $8 option. I'm on mobile browser, so it's in the section above payment after i continue to payment.
