Avoid this company. They get recalled and hard to dispose of.

A company issuing a recall suggests they are big enough to uphold their brand name instead of rebranding from "DJVJRJSK" to "EJVJFHA".

You're not gonna have many if any options if you avoid every known company with previous recalls.

Now I've never owned an iniu product so idk how their support is, if it's as bad as you suggest then that's another issue

Fk this company. I have 4 of their recalled items for risk of fire and even with the USA government asking them to recall they are dodgy to work with. EVERYTIME THIS FKERS POST-

I WILL MAKE A PSA:

I have this this along with their slightly smaller 10k battery pack and both work well for me. Actually, they're pretty solid compared to the ankers I also use.

Tried one of their items before. Had some trouble with it. Worked but didn't have detection or shutoff if a cord was plugged in but your phone wasn't. So it would drain

I think baseus and ugreen and lisen are probably decent brands for most stuff. There's a couple other usb cord brands also that seem great. Charmast was one of my favorite portable battery packs but they seem to have discontinued their tiny one. I emailed them and they confirmed that and I think they had told me something about how only certain models were recalled. Someone here on slickdeals tried to complain and accuse me or the brand or whatever when I mentioned it's great. Not entirely sure of other specs and tests. If anyone cares, so far Inui seemed like junk on first one I tried and charmast was alright in my case.

I'll stay with U green for now. At least they seem to be chasing Anker's numbers. They also have better customer service. I also have Ugreen items but not mobile battery packs.

But omg- the CS with INUI is behind acceptable. Never again.

The customer support of this company is lacking for sure. Not close to Anker, UGreen or even Baseus.
Support typically never responds or it might take them weeks and even then little in terms of a decisive resolution.

Yeah so even at that - Charmast seems to be decent since they replied. I know some brands might have a few decent or few shoddy products. Heck, Anker has dealt some pisspoor products and service and is supposedly a pretty popular or even reliable brand. Like I was told the problem and solution was more or less to just deal with a problem I was having and unplug a device any time it happened, every time. No mention of refund or anything. So that's hopefully worth trusting a brand and their items if any don't go downhill. Oh I found that other usb cord brand is 'Essager'. I've bought other high end cords and tried to find cheapest and that's a stupid way to go if you want your money and cord to function value. Unless it's disposable and repeat. High spec I should say. 4k and high data or watt or something, but the cord is flakey connection so it does such but also every time the cord bumps it disconnects. That's fine if you don't do any important work and are fine replacing cords or pausing your work and redoing it. (I'm not talking about Essager. Supposedly they have some very affordable basic charging cords and whatever and pretty reliable)

Is someone going to post about the recall of their other products in every Inui thread?

Mine was never delivered, Amazon refunded me. No idea why, made it to the main Post office in my state, then was sent back.
