10g of cane sugar. Most people won't eat HALF of a cookie and leave the other half because most of these "fitness" products are single serving packages. I definitely didn't know that you were only supposed to eat HALF of the cookie. I've eaten the whole thing multiple times and felt sick after. Big skip on this product.
440 calories for only 16g of protein is absurd. This is a dessert marketed as a "health food"
It's plant protein, too. Plant proteins are usually missing a quarter of the amino acids important in animal anabolism. They have less digestibility and a lower PDCAAS score, and they require special lab processes to enrich them for better human consumption. It's not really a fitness product because it has so much fat and sugar, and the positives of protein are less effective than required to counterbalance the bad ingredients.
