Pretty cheap for this. Can't say how it is for a warehouse battery.

FYI, there's a good chance that these were used for a job and returned, which means the batteries were likely drained before being returned. If they were drained and sitting for a while, the internal voltage may be really low.

If the internal voltage gets too low, they will not take a charge at all. I've had success with jumping them by basically connecting the positive and negative connections from a fully charged battery, causing the two batteries to balance out. I don't do it for more than a minute and it's usually just enough to bump the internal voltage high enough so they work on the OEM charger.

Mine came charged, but with the warranty QR code destroyed so you cant send them in as warranty swaps.
But yea i got a 48v variable power supply with the current limited to a half amp. So just set the voltage to match the pack, pop them on for a few minutes to wake them up, then pop on the oem charger.
A few of the manufactures ive had to bypass the bms and charge the cells directly for a few minutes to get them to wake up. The BMS would disconnect the cells if they were too low, and would refuse to reconnect.
