Don't use in high humidity areas. Any kind of high moisture will ruin the pads. Store in a dry place.

Use for One Closed room at a time. It's not designed for whole house.

Run a fan behind it to circulate.

Use it for vehicles too.

This unit is too small to do any damage to anything. It's not a commercial version like they use in hotels, apartments.

It will not cure cat urine stench. You'll need to remove carpet and cut out all affected wood below.

Go outside & smoke. I smoke but not to lecture anybody but if you're worried about the ozone generator causing illness maybe the smoking especially inside may be causing You & son getting sick. Just saying.....

Community Reviews

This ozone generator is mainly valued for knocking out stubborn odors in cars, bathrooms, basements, and other closed spaces. It can clear smoke, skunk, pet, and musty smells, sometimes after a short run and a good airing out, and the timer plus hold mode make it easy to leave on with a smart switch. The main caution is safety, since it should not be used around people or pets and needs heavy ventilation afterward. It can also be harsh on lungs, materials, and footwear, so it works best as a temporary odor treatment in an empty space.

The promo code only works for 1 item per purchase, if you add more than one the discount won't work. So you got to buy more separately.

You have to add the coupon code at the bottom of the payment page. If you clip the first coupon, it wont get you that price.

A quick Google search states "While ozone can remove odors by chemically reacting with pollutants, they create dangerous byproducts and mask smells, doing more harm than good for indoor air quality."
Also "Ozone can kill airborne mold spores and deodorize, but it's not a reliable or safe primary solution for established mold; it can't penetrate porous materials, leaves dead mold behind, and requires dangerously high concentrations that harm human health, making physical removal and moisture control crucial for actual remediation"

Seems the risks are not worth it ...

If anyone is worried about airborne mold spores get these test kits or similar type-

You will find out if you have any airborne mold.

Yeah, I am going to have to agree. The sticker for me was NY City's opinion. I suspect with their population density and compiled living spaces they are dealing with much more air issue than I am in the Southeastern suburbs.

ozone "works" to clean biological things by binding to them and destroying the substance

including your lungs

and here's the thing, ozone is invisible and heavier than air so it lingers in room LONG after the machine is turned off, many hours

many government warnings never to use ozone generators around people or pets

yet many landlords will do it anyway in the units next to you and then the ozone drifts into your apartment, zero fracks given
