For those downvoting this: Amazon has a well-documented counterfeit problem due to mixed inventory from multiple sellers. Over the years, knockoff electronics like SD cards, flash drives, and batteries like Eneloops have frequently been sold there. Buying from a more reliable source is usually the better option.

In Sept this year, Amazon announce commingling program (mixed inventory) will be phased out by later this year at The Annual Accelerate Seller Conference in Seattle. Since today is the last day of the year, commingling (mixed inventory) should be gone by now(?)

I'm aware of that announcement, but I'm skeptical. Amazon has a long history of announcing changes that get delayed, quietly modified, or unevenly enforced.

Until there's clear confirmation in Seller Central or observable changes in how inventory is actually handled, I'll believe commingling is gone when I see concrete evidence of it in practice.

What "more reliable source" do you recommend?

B&H Photo and Adorama would be the stores at the top of my list.
