I love these long handled ratchets with the tiny heads for reaching small fasteners buried deep under the dash or in the engine bay.
However, you have to be smart about using it. With the head being so small, it can't sustain a lot of torque and with the handle so long, you can easily overdo it. If the fastener is large, corroded, or overtorqued, try to find a different way to remove it because this tool can be easily broken.

Yes, I agree that a long handle 1/4" ratchet doesn't make sense, sort of like how a stubby 3/4" ratchet would be a similarly bad idea.
A 1/4" ratchet with long handle makes it too easy to break the tool, and a stubby 3/4" ratchet wouldn't be able to get enough torque.

The bad part about this is trying to not lose the bit end, it doesn't stay in tight on mine. I wrap it up to the rachet with seran wrap when I am done using it.

Broke mine 3rd time using it, however there warranty process was amazingly simple and had a replacement in 2 to 3 day. Just had to submit a picture and the receipt from Amazon.

Yeah.. the 1/4" hex adapter seems like kind of an odd design choice on a long-handled 1/4" ratchet. Makes sense on the HF 'meme tool' and other super tiny ratchets, but this one, I'm not so sure..

I do like the GW 120XP flex-head dual material 1/4" I got a couple months back though - at 9" long it's about as long as I'd want to go for a 1/4" ratchet.

I believe you mean 3/8" ratchet.

While they do make a 3/4" ratchet, I've only seen them in the possession of heavy equipment and 18 wheeler mechanics, and the ratchets alone start at $80.
