I did not see any code as well but I uploaded another picture that shows you need to be a rewards member and can be used online or the app. I'm not sure if it is account specific though.

did not see any code as well but I uploaded another picture that shows you need to be a rewards member and can be used online or the app. I'm not sure if it is account specific though.
