I ordered thrice from Acer Refurb on Ebay in the last 2 months. They screwed up every single time.
1st - package supposedly damaged during transit and FedEx returned the package to seller. 2nd and 3rd - order cancelled citing price mistake and oos (which magically appeared in stock with increased price). IMO - YMMV.

Ordered this around December 23, just delivered today (didn't ship for almost a week), packing was good and is looks mostly new, unfortunately keeps crashing during Windows 11 set up (showing different errors each time) which is likely due to the Intel 14th gen issue (probably why it was refurbed?), though that's purely just a guess based on Google searching

Crashing also when doing a fresh Windows 11 install from usb boot, so gonna have to return it, seems they didn't truely refurb it, just repackaged and shipped.

Do you want to build a PC for more $ than this costs? If the answer is no, return the 5070.

I have this pc but with a ryzen 7 and 2tb ssd. It's fantastic. It can play most games at all settings ultra, Ray tracing and path tracing on, 1440p144fps

Don't tear my head off but on here and on eBay I see no indication of vram. Is there different size vram for 5070 minus the t.i. Regardless what's the vram of this one?

RAM is getting more expensive. This was brand new for the same price in October.

How much fan control does Acer allow? I have an HP desktop and HP severely thermal throttles the CPU. I'm thinking of ditching the HP and getting this one.

I just scavenger hunted almost same built but ddr4 for almost same price I would get this I a heartbeat if could return all of my components. Run don't walk on this will sell out soon.

Should I be concern about the CPU? I know it was the 14th gen i9 that were faulty, but what of the i7?
