Love this size. Mine have cracked and seen much better days though. Wish I had the glass ones in this size.

I've had a few crack, just found this:

"Rubbermaid Brilliance products are backed by a full lifetime Search term:warranty. For Search term:warranty or replacement please give us a call at 1-888-895-2110 to speak with one of our Rubbermaid consumer care specialists. We're here for you from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, EST, Monday through Friday."

Has anyone had luck get replacements?

I have a bunch of the smaller ones and had a single lid replaced for cracking at the center. I had to send pictures of the damaged item and the date code stamped on it. I don't believe I needed my receipt. I was within a year of purchase, so I can't say if they get more strict as the warranty enters "lifetime" territory.

I love these things! The shape is perfect for efficient placement in the fridge (round ones are stupid imho), the seals are great, and I mostly have glass ones that we use multiple times weekly when food prepping / for left overs. The exceptions are I have one of these 9.6qt plastic ones and a few each of the smaller plastic ones from previous slickdeals.

I use the 9.6qt plastic for food prepping because the 1.6 qts makes a difference (vs. the 8 qt glass version) and the glass one is pretty awkward because of how heavy it is, although I always use it when prepping anything with red sauce (enchiladas, spaghetti sauce, etc.). I only use the smaller plastic ones when one of the kids is taking leftovers since the chances I get the container back are <50% Big Grin.

Anyway, while I am normally a glass snob for these, I do use the 9.6 qt plastic ones in my main rotation as the exception, and there is even a use for the smaller plastic ones Smilie. Picked one of these up, thanks OP, repped!

The Tritan plastic on these are great until you start seeing it look like it's shattering or cracking. I think mine lasted a few months before I saw cracks forming. Still waiting to find a good deal on the glass versions.

I had one lid crack outside of warranty. They made me jump through hoops only to deny me a replacement. So… maybe it's just bad luck for me but good luck to anyone else. I will not be buying something I can't find replacements for.

Didn't get the memo, what's wrong with plastic. It's BPA free.
