I have both the real Superfeet from Amazon ($40) and the knock off from ebay ($12, looks 3D printed) a few yrs ago.

I liked the knock off better.
The arch is thinner but it's higher.
but the fabric didn't last as long and the knock offs are no longer sold.

That's the thing. The materials themselves are cheap. It's just high density foam glued to some plastic bits and fabric. It probably costs just a few cents to make. It isn't unreasonable to think you can score a good product at a discount. But it's hard to tell which ones are any good just looking at the pictures.

The seller does not specify a maximum weight. This is important. They may be fine or marginal for a 200 lb person but compress and become less effective for a 250 lb person.

Question for all...my wife was told she should use insoles that have carbon fiber to limit motion due to some arthritis in her foot.
Anyone have suggestions?

in my opinion, the cheaper ones allow for multiple shoes to have them, so over all, should last longer than if i was to just buy one costly version, and move it around shoe to shoe.

...i'm like the internet, trust me, i know what i'm talking about.
