Is the Tales series worth playing through? I remember when this game came out the theme song was really catchy

This one is hit or miss for most people but the series as a whole is pretty good. Most of the games are a bit dated as far as graphics but if you enjoy good storytelling, a fun cast of characters and a fast paced combat system you you should give it a go. Berseria is probably the best in the series that's available on modern consoles

I've never played this series but it looks to be mid tier RPG series with A- to C- ratings per title (C+ overall compared to Final Fantasy overall of B grade). But hey for $18, you'll get 50 hours of gameplay so it's not a terrible deal.
