So you spend $1000 on a cell phone and then you go out and buy a case based on the fact that it is cheap? Does the 20% 1-star reviews not mean anything to you?

There's nothing wrong with buying a cheap case for a $1000 phone. Most cheap ones works better than the more expensive ones. This case is actually $22 but the gray color happens to be $11. Also, the 20% 1-star reviews are mostly because the case is slippery. And of course it cannot protect the camera face because it is sticking outward. None of the cases will protect that; not even the expensive ones. I don't know why you're hating this post.

For anyone wanting some advice, take it from me. A lip around my 15 pro max did nothing to protect it. It's still a large opening. If you are going to buy any 17 max case, the idea is to reduce the opening around the lens. I recommend getting a camera lens protector. Mine is a piece of metal with 3 openings for the lens, not the ones with additional lens covers. You don't want to add layers optically to the camera. You could get a case that cuts out around only the lens/sensors but a lot of those cases are silicone, which has a finish that wears down after 3 months. Other cases have cutouts maybe but they have it flush with the lens covers. Thats why just get a metal protector and not worry about scrolling all day for cases on Amazon

You want to believe that cheaper cases are better than expensive ones, you go for it. Everyone else will use their own common sense.

" haven't had this phone for more than month and because the case doesn't cover the cámara it fell and cracked yesterday from my car door down to the floor maybe 1 ft. "

"Twice I dropped my phone outside and had the case pop off one corner of the phone itself - and the second time, this cause my whole screen to crack."

"Case looks nice. Thats it. Had this case for 2 weeks only.
It doesn't protect the phone completely. Already broke screen protector. its fading on the edges and discoloring. Poor quality."

"This case does not protect your phone. My phone fell and the screen shattered. "

Do any of those reviews say anything about slippery?
